DGT Adds 9 Tax Services Based on 16 and 15 Digit TIN and NITKU

JAKARTA. Starting on 3 August 2024, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) will add nine more tax services based on the 15-digit Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), 15-digit TIN and the Identity Number of Place of Business Activities (NITKU).
This information was conveyed by the DGT in an announcement uploaded on Friday (2/8). This is a commitment of the DGT which will continue to update its taxation services based on the 16-digit TIN format, 15-digit TIN, and NITKU.
Previously, the DGT had updated 28 of its tax services. While the nine newly updated services include, first, the Special Capital VAT Refund service. Value Added Tax (VAT) Refund is a refund service for Value Added Tax (VAT) overpayments made by taxpayers.
Second, e-Form of Individual Taxpayer and e-Form Corporate Taxpayer services. e-Form Individual Taxpayer and Corporate Taxpayer are services provided to fill in the Tax Return form in electronic form for Individual Taxpayers and Corporate Taxpayers.
Third, the Final VDP Periodic Tax Return is a tax service available for the submission of Final Periodic Tax Returns within the framework of the Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP).
The other services include Main Dealer Investment Reporting, PJAP Service for PMSE Reports (API), PJAP e-Filing (API), Internet Web Billing, Depreciation and Amortization, and Stamp Duty Tax Return Reporting.
Temporarily Stop The Service
Regarding the update on Saturday (3/8) between 09:00 and 19:00 WIB, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) conducted a temporary downtime of all its services. As a result, taxpayers were unable to access tax applications during that time
During the downtime period, 10 tax applications cannot be accessed temporarily. The ten applications include VAT Refund Special Capital, e-form of Individual taxpayer and e-form of Corporate taxpayer, the Final VDP Periodic Tax Return, Main Dealer Investment Reporting, Service PJAP for PMSE Report (API), PJAP e-Filing (API), Web Billing Internet, Depreciation and Amortization, Stamp Duty Tax Return Reporting and e-Filing.
