Junior Tax Compliance Consultant (JTCC)

In general, the jobs are assisting client in tax review, tax return preparation, and tax administration.

Qualifications:  

• Min D3 in Tax or Accounting from reputable university
• Min. Fresh Graduates or 1-2 year of experience in similar position
• Deep understanding in Accounting and Taxes Principles, completion of brevet A and B is a distinct advantage
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Japanese Advisor (JA)

Responsible for:

1. Increasing MUC’s Japanese client base
2. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive relations with Japanese associates
3. Drafting, translating, or reviewing MUC’s promotional material in Japanese
4. Training and developing subordinates to meet company standards
5. Filling in daily timesheets and monthly reports of new client engagements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills – business-level proficiency in Japanese speaking, writing and reading. English proficiency is a plus.
• Able to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations. Responds to clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Able to develop and tailor communication styles to facilitate the comprehension of both internal users and external clients.
• Experience in customer service or direct dealings with customers is a plus.
• Working experience in Japan is a plus.
