JAKARTA. MUC Consulting collaborates with the management of Karawang International Industrial City (KKIC), to organize a seminar discussing the latest tax regulations, and opening on-site consultation services free of charge.
The seminar took place on Wednesday (21/2) at the Multi-Function Hall, Graha KIIC, Karawang with the title Tenant Gathering & Taxation Update regarding the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 172 of 2023.
The material discussed in the seminar was transferred by MUC Consulting Partner Wahyu Nuryanto, MUC Consulting Transfer Pricing Manager Nendi Bahtiar, and M. Arief Darmawan.
For information, the materials presented related to the seminar theme include:
- Application of the Arm's Length Principle (PKKU),
- Corresponding Adjustment of Domestic Transfer Pricing,
- Secondary Adjustment,
- Value Added Tax in transactions affected by special relationship,
- Preparation of TP Documentation,
- Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and
- Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA).
About 50 representatives from companies located in KIIC attended the seminar.
Meanwhile, the event related to the provision of on-site consultation services or tax clinic took place on Thursday (22/2). The consultation services provided cover three aspects. First, transfer pricing aspect, tax compliance aspect, and legal business aspect.
The tax clinic service session offered direct, one-on-one consultations between MUC Consulting professionals, acting as resource persons, and company representatives. This format facilitated free and open discussions for taxpayers to address their concerns.
