Wahyu Nuryanto has a deep understanding of International Taxation, especially related to Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) and Japanese Taxation System. This is because he was involved in the drafting and implementation of international taxation policies at Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) for years before joining MUC Consulting in 2010.
His varied and complete education background supports his profession as a consultant, paving his way to the peak of his career as a Tax Partner of MUC Consulting. Wahyu graduated from the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN) and finished his Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Airlangga, before earning his Master of Public Administration degree from National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, Tokyo, Japan in 2002. He also earned international tax certification from Chartered Institute of Taxation, London, United Kingdom (2011).
His innovations and ideas in taxation are published in various scientific papers and articles in various mass media and books. Wahyu is also actively involved in the drafting of various tax laws and often invited as the speaker in taxation seminars and training.
