JAKARTA. MUC Consulting once again held a tax webinar (BIJAK) which this time raised the topic "Implications of Government Regulation (PP) Number 55 of 2022, on International Tax and Transfer Pricing".
Specifically, there are several provisions regarding Transfer Pricing that will be discussed, such as changes in the definition of transactions that are affected by special relationships, addition to transfer pricing methods, transfer price agreement mechanisms, confirmation on secondary adjustments to transfer pricing, and other policies.
To explore these issues, MUC Bijak will present competent speakers, namely the Director of International Taxation of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) Mekar Satria Utama and the Director of MUC Consulting Zulhanief Matsani with the moderator of MUC Consulting consultant Bayu Cahyadiputra.

The webinar will be held online through the Zoom application and broadcast live on the MUC Consulting Youtube channel on Thursday (16/2) from 09.30 until finished.
