JAKARTA. MUC Consulting believes that an effective work process can bring the company to achievements that exceed expectations.
During its 23 years of existence, the tax consulting company headquartered in Jakarta has grown, developed and gained the trust of various stakeholders both at the national and international levels.
To ensure that its trust and reputation are maintained, MUC Consulting has held the 2022 Annual Meeting on Friday (13/1) with the theme "Moving Forward and Discovering Big Days Ahead".
This year's annual event is special because it can be held offline, after two years it could only be held online, due to the pandemic.
This moment is also a momentum for the MUC Consulting big family, both Management, Consultants and Non-Consultants to move forward together to face the various challenges that will be passed, especially in 2023.
In addition, the Senior Advisor of MUC Consulting who is also a Professor of Taxation at the University of Indonesia, Professor Gunadi, was also present at the event.
On this occasion, Chairman and founder of MUC Consulting Muhammad Razikun said that it is not easy to maintain the company's existence for 23 years.
"We started building MUC from the negative, then we can grow into a reputable company and international class, with more than 1,000 reputable clients worldwide," said Razikun.
However, Razikun reminded that all these achievements should not make MUC Consulting complacent. He expects that the next generations in MUC Consulting will have to produce new achievements. Because, there are still many challenges that must be faced such as technological and economic disruption.
Meanwhile, Managing Partner of MUC Consulting Sugianto revealed, this Annual Meeting is a momentum for the company to remain optimistic so that it continues to grow.
He gave an example of what happened in 2020 and 2021. Although the situation was not easy due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but MUC Consulting managed to get through it well.
One of the keys is the great commitment of the entire MUC Consulting family to survive and produce various innovations. "The early days of the pandemic weren't easy for anyone, especially when they had to work from home," said Sugianto.
This year's annual meeting is also a venue for awarding various awards to outstanding employees and those with the best performance in 2022. (ASP/KEN)
