The annual meeting, which took place on 14 January 2022, was themed Together to Get There. The theme is taken because the company hopes that all the big goals that have been planned can be achieved through hard work together.
In his speech, Chairman of MUC Consulting Dr. Muhammad Razikun, CPA said the challenges faced by MUc Consulting and consulting firms, in general, are not easy.
Currently, companies face complex dynamics due to the rapid development of technology that changes business processes in the taxation sector.
One of the roles of tax consultants which has begun to be eroded by the presence of technology is the existence of repetitive administrative functions, due to the presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
According to Razikun who has more than 30 years of experience in taxation and accounting, the presence of AI has increased efficiency by up to 60%. Therefore, he hopes that MUC Consulting can encourage the role of technology in the process of providing tax consulting services.
Meanwhile, MUC Consulting's Managing Partner Sugianto said, during the Covid-19 pandemic the company had made a number of innovations in the technology sector, especially those that supported the company's administrative processes.
He revealed that the company, which was founded 22 years ago, must continue to adapt to the various changes that occur. Particularly innovations related to services.
According to him, MUC Consulting, a consulting company headquartered in two major cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Surabaya, is ready to take on the challenges of change.
