JAKARTA. MUC Consulting disseminates recent tax regulations, through a seminar discussing the latest transfer pricing taxation rules at MM2100 Industrial Estate located in Bekasi, West Java.
The regulation in question is the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) Number 172 of 2023, published and effective from December 29, 2023. The theme of the socialization is Observing the Arm's Length Principles of Related Party Transactions in PMK 172/2023.
The seminar on Wednesday (6/3) was attended by 46 participants who were representatives of companies operating in the MM2100 area.
For information, MM2100 Industrial Estate is currently managed by PT Megapolis Manunggal Industrial Development (PT. MMID) with an area of 805 Ha.
MUC Consulting emphasizes the significance of understanding transfer pricing taxation for companies located in MM2100. This is particularly crucial for those included in groups mandated to prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).
Specifically, several things were discussed at this seminar including:
- Application of the Arm's Length Principle (PKKU),
- Corresponding Adjustment of Domestic Transfer Pricing,
- Secondary Adjustment,
- Value Added Tax in transactions affected by special relationship,
- Preparation of TP Documentation,
- Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and
- Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA).
MUC Consulting professionals including MUC Consulting Transfer Pricing Partner Wahyu Nuryanto, MUC Consulting Transfer Pricing Manager M. Nur Kusumo Ferby P, and Transfer Pricing Supervisor Sabila Siti Salifida delivered the presentation.
On the occasion, Wahyu Nuryanto said, the issuance of the regulation also revoked several previous regulations, such as PMK number 213/PMK.03/2016, 49/PMK.03/2019 and 22/PMK.03/2020. (ASP/KEN)
