JAKARTA. Starting from 9 September 2022, the guidance and supervision of tax consultants is no longer carried out by the organization and management division under the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT).
Based on the announcement made by DGT Number PENG-12/PJ.01/2022, the task of guiding and supervising tax consultants has now been transferred to the Finance Professions Supervisory Center which is under the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance.
This transfer of guidance and supervision duties is accompanied by a change in the domain address of the tax consultant information system (SIKOP) from the previous domain address https://konsultan.pajak.go.id to https://sikop.kemenkeu.go.id.
SIKOP is a portal that contains all information related to tax consultants, including a list of tax consultants that have been inaugurated by the government. In addition, the registration process to become an official tax consultant can also be done through this system.
With this transition, correspondence related to the administration of guidance and supervision of tax consultants also uses the address of Gedung Djuanda II Floor 19-20, Jalan Dr. Wahidin Raya Number 1, Jakarta. Or it can also be done via telephone line 021-3843237 and Whatsapp at number 08119552722.
The transition is a follow-up to the issuance of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 118/PMK.01/2021 on the Organization and Working Procedures of the Ministry of Finance.
