Ir. Murdan Alfa Satyawan

This statistician, graduated from Institut Pertanian Bogor, has been experiencing and becoming a professional in many research fields, with main focus on consumer research and business research since 1991. M.A. Satyawan resigned from PT Astra International in year 1998 to build and develop a research bireau named Q-Mark Professional, which now become PT Multi Utama Risetindo. He, who has been adopting many research techniques from various research institutions in Indonesia and foreign countries, is becoming a candidate for magister science in the same field, i.e. statistics. This ‘Service Excellence’ (Changi International Air Service, Singapore) certificate holder has also been experiencing to become a trainer at various seminars and workshops with focus on marketing management, research techniques, statistical comprehensive techniques, customer service and employee opinion measurement, with capability in the quantitative and qualitative aspects.
