Tax Course in Kalimantan

PT Multi Utama Consultindo (MUC) in cooperation with Artha Bhakti Foundation of Kalimantan Region hold a Tax Course (Brevet) A and B in Balikpapan and Samarinda. In general, the subject of this course is divided into some topics:    Income Tax for Individual and Corporate Taxpayer, Income Tax Article 21, Income Tax Article 22, 23 and 26, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (STLG), General Provisions and Tax Procedures and Tax Court, Land and Building Tax and Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building, Stamp Duty, and  Accounting. 

With the support from MUC’s tax consultants of Balikpapan branch office and experts from the Directorate General of Taxes, the event as a medium for tax education and training is aimed to create skilful individuals in taxation who are able to comprehend their tax right and obligation. Further, this course is also intended to prepare future qualified tax consultants.

The course is divided into two periods. The first period was conducted in Balikpapan from 16 February to 19 May 2009 every night from Monday to Friday and was attended by 44 participants from representative of companies and individual. The second period will be conducted in Samarinda on 13 April-25 June 2009. Registration for the second period is opened from now until 10 April 2009 at MUCs  Balipapan Office Jl.
